The 11th Floor Restaurant

The 11th Floor Restaurant overlooking the urban landscape of Tel Aviv was designed with  customers seeking something different in mind
The restaurant offers innovative standards down to the finest detail. The spacious restaurant features parquet flooring and extensive use of white, brown and mustard.
In line with the restaurant’s design, also the dishes served from the kitchen are surprisingly creative. The combination of style, excellent food, top-class service and views from above afford the restaurant the ambience of the finest New York restaurants.
Chef Assaf Mishkovsky has created an outstanding kosher menu offering sumptuous aromas and flavors.
The restaurant concept was created especially for food-lovers, hotel guests and guests from outside the hotel to enjoy.
 
Breakfast
We recommend starting the day with a lavish breakfast from the rich buffet overflowing with a selection of breads, hot freshly baked items, sliced fresh vegetables, individual salads, eggs prepared in various ways, Israeli cheeses, pickled fish, an array of cereals, dairy products, jams, spreads, cakes, fresh juices, wine and hot beverages.
Breakfast is served on Sunday to Friday between 06:30 and 10:30 a.m., and on Saturday between 06:30 and 11:00 a.m.

Lunch
 includes a business menu, with six types of tapas as starters at the center of the table, and a main dish of choice.
The dishes include: Lamb kebab with a choice of tehini flavors; entrecote; grilled fillet of mullet served on a bed of vegetables sautéed in oil, chili and lemon; a selection of tapas and home-made focaccia.
Lunch is served on Sunday to Thursday between 12:30 and 16:00 p.m. 
On Friday Lunch is not served.
In the evening, the lights are dimmed candles are lit and the ambience becomes romantic and intimate.

 
Dinner
In the evening, enjoy a meal at the 11th Floor à-la-carte Steakhouse, which offers a variety meat and side dishes as well as specials that change daily.
The steakhouse menu includes a selection of appetizers, prime meat, sushi and sashimi, original desserts, boutique wines and cocktails.
Recommended appetizers include: grilled goose liver served on brioche with ginger and cherry jam, sirloin pickled in olive oil, capers and rocket.
The main courses include beef fillet and prime rib by weight, lamb Osso Bucco with root vegetables and rosemary, and lamb chops.
Desserts: Walnuts delicacy - layered nougat mousse with toffee sauce 
Dinner is served in hotel restaurant on Sunday to Thursday between 19:00 and 23:00p.m.
Friday 19:00-21:00

1st Coffee Espresso Bar

The design of the 1st Coffee Espresso Bar on the lobby level creates a fascinating contrast of black and white and unique video art is screened on the wall 24-hours a day. 
The espresso bar offers a dairy menu, which includes a selection of premium coffee and tea, sandwiches, salads and warm cakes.
During the week, the espresso bar is open throughout the day and in the evening, and on Friday until the beginning of Shabbat (closed on Saturday).
