Activities for adults
The Crowne Plaza Dead Sea hotel entertainment team offers a variety of excellent entertainment options for adults throughout the day.
Original shows and musicals produced by the entertainment team are performed in the hotel lobby and at receptions.
Lively activities are offered at the pool: fun water games with prizes, amusing activities and morning water exercises.
This is your chance to dive into the water and have fun with the kids…
The evening activities are intended for adults: original shows, guest artists, couples’ games, unique quizzes and dance evenings.
In between the pool, mealtimes and rest, we invite you to a variety of fascinating workshops: T’ai Chi overlooking the sea, guided nature walks, chocolate and wine workshops and more.
Background music is played during times when no activities are taking place.

Kiddies Club
The Freckles Kiddies Club offers a variety of fantastic activities to ensure that your children won’t be bored for a moment.
The club offers the latest movies and certified counselors will keep the kids occupied with challenging games, Gymboree and fun-filled art workshops where the children get to take their handiwork home as a keepsake.
The entertainment program also includes other unique activities such as chocolate workshops, singing contests, pajama parties, puppet shows, circus and more.

About the site
Moshav Neot Hakikar and Moshav Ein Tamar  invite you to fascinating experience at Sedom Square (Kikar Sedom), which is a 25 minute drive from the Dead Sea hotels at the lowest place on earth. The site is located on salty soil in the heart of the desert, at the Zion and Arava river estuaries opposite the Edom Mountains and offers breathtaking views of marlstone. 
The cutting-edge agriculture integrates with the landscape, which varies with the seasons: in the fall the date harvest with the migrant birds; in the winter flooding rivers with the snow-capped Edom Mountains; and in the spring, the desert bloom with the aroma of melons and watermelons in the fields of the square. How to get there:
From Beer Sheva: travel along Route 25 to the Arava junction then continue along Route 90 towards the Dead Sea until you reach the entrance to Moshav Neot Hakikar and Moshav Ein Hatamar. From the hotels in Dead Sea : Travel 22 km southwards along Route 90 towards the Arava junction until you reach the entrance to the moshavim.

Mineral Beach – Northern Dead Sea
About the site:
A pleasant beach not far from Mitzpe Shalem with a warm sulphur pool, a fresh water pool (both covered), lawns and shade huts. Mineral beach offers Swedish massages, deep-tissue massages and reflexology by prior arrangement.

Canaanite Adventure at Tel Arad
At Tel Arad, a 5,000 year old Canaanite city has been unearthed and a large citadel containing a one-of-a-kind sanctuary from the days of the Kings of Judah has been reconstructed. The Canaanite Adventure is used as desert hostel for a wide variety of events and activities. The architectural design of building is unique and the construction is based on natural materials.
Various events may be held at Tel Arad for different target audiences and large numbers of participants, including: private, institutional and public functions, and workshops in various fields.

Ahava Visitors Center at Mitzpe Shalem
The site features a visitors’ center and shop for cosmetic products manufactured from Dead Sea ingredients. Visitors get to see the factory manufacturing, filling and packing halls, watch a video of the production process, and receive advice and guidance by beauty consultants in all languages. The factory shop offers cosmetic product at attractive prices. Entry is free of charge.
A combination of beauty, interest and a bit of personal indulgence.

About the site:

About the site
A desert hospitality and agricultural tourist center with a restaurant based on crops in the region: breakfasts, vegetarian meals and Dead Sea fish meals. Additional attractions: cherry tomato picking, accommodation in tents, jeep trips, workshops and events for up to 400 guests. Washrooms and showers with access for disabled guests are available.

Qumran
About the site:
Visitors will discover a center for cosmetics and beauty products made from Dead Sea minerals and a store selling authentic jewelry, books and souvenirs next to where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. The site also features a self-service air-conditioned restaurant serving Mediterranean-style home-made meals, which seats 350 diners indoors and another 100 on the patio and is also used for events. The restaurant offers spectacular views of the Dead Sea and Mount Moav. Visitors can integrate a meal at the restaurant with a swim in the Dead Sea.
