The Holiday Inn Ashkelon guarantees you enjoyment at every meal, thanks to its secret recipe: the amazing fragrance and view of the Mediterranean Sea that stretches out into the horizon.
The hotel restaurant serves three meals a day:
Rich and diverse Israeli buffet breakfasts, including a variety fresh vegetables, refreshing salads, an array of cheeses, eggs, warm pastries, and of course something sweet to have with your first coffee of the day.
Children will also find their favorite foods here: a selection of cereals, chocolate milk and pancakes.
Lunches and dinners offer a diverse meat menu, hot side dishes, special salads and delectable desserts
In winter, mid-week dinners are served in the Gaspacho restaurant (meat) or the lobby (dairy). Friday evening dinner takes place between 19:00 and 21:00 p.m.

We recommend taking a refreshing rest between activities with a hot or cold beverage and a newspaper to read.
The hotel’s dairy restaurant is the lobby restaurant, which serves a selection of salads, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, pizzas, ice-cream, home-made cakes, hot and cold beverages, and alcohol.
The restaurant is open daily between 09:00 a.m. and 23:00 p.m.

Gaspachio Bistro Restaurant

The Gazpacho Bistro is a unique Mediterranean fusion bistro, which integrates a variety of wonderful flavors from the Mediterranean basin – using international ingredients and Mediterranean flavors.
The food is prepared in front of the guests show cooking style and the menu includes succulent meats, creative vegetarian dishes and mouth-watering desserts.
The restaurant is kosher under the supervision of the rabbinate, seats up to 60 guests with additional seats at the bar, and offers meals at affordable prices.
Opening hours:
Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 to 23:00 p.m. (with a break between 17:00 and 18:00 p.m.)
Friday and Saturday the restaurant is closed due to the kashrut laws.
Regular hotel dinners may be exchanged for a dinner in the restaurant at an additional charge.

Pool Bar

The pool bar operates during the summer and weekends serving a variety of meat dishes: schnitzel, hamburger and sausage with chips and a drink.
On Saturday, the pool bar serves a number of dishes from the hotel restaurant buffet.
