Sharon Alon has acquired vast experience in the Israeli hotels industry. Sharon started his career 15 years ago, with the Fattal Hotels, where he completed a large variety of positions. His last position there was Central Israel Region Manager, a roll which included managing the opening of many new hotels.
Asaf Ben Dov
Director of Sales & Marketing
Asaf Ben Dov started his career as a hotelier at the Holiday Inn chain of hotels in 1996 and by 2004 was the hotel chain Domestic Tourism Director. In 2005 Asaf joined the Fattal Hotels as Sales Manager and in 2009 was promoted to a Nationwide Domestic Sales Director and Revenue Manager for the leisure hotels of the Fattal chain. Asaf held this position for 10 years.
Asaf holds a BA in Social Sciences, and MD in Business & Hotels Management from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology-Hotels Management school.

Eran Cohen
CFO
Eran Cohen started his career at the Somech Chaikin renowned accounting firm in 2005, where he held the position of Auditing Accountant for several of the leading companies in the Israeli economy market. He began his managerial career in 2010 while at the same time held a position at the Tel Aviv University -Academy Accounting Course, and at the Bar Ilan University. In 2016, Eran joined the Africa Israel Hotels Group as the group’s accountant and served in this position until the end of 2021 when he was appointed VP Finance of the AFI Group.

Ronen Cohen
VP of Human Resources
Ronen Cohen began his career at the international Hyatt chain of hotels where he held a series of positions for 8 years, the last of which was head of HR. Ronen then served as the Asst. GM at the Golden Tulip Dead Sea hotel and as the Operations Manager of the Meridien Dead Sea Hotel. Between 2010 and 2016, Ronen held the position of HR Manager at Fattal Hotels. In his last position, Ronen served as the VP HR of the prestigious Nursing Homes division of the Azrieli Group- Palace.
Ronen graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the University of Derby and an MD in Human Resources from Tel Aviv University.
Ori Avigdorov
Director IT Systems
Ori Avigdorov joined AFI Hotels after 30 years of experience in managing infrastructures for information systems at international high-tech companies (Intel, Lennet, Mercury Interactive, Zoran to name a few) implementing information security support processes according to the ITIL (IT infrastructure Library) method and iso27001.Ori Holds an Electronics Engineering Degree from the College of Engineers of Tel Aviv University.
Idit Levi Simon
Regional General Manager, Tel Aviv Hotels Cluster
During the last 20 years Idit Levy has gathered vast experience in the hotel industry. Idit assumed the position of GM of the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center after having held several positions at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach Hotel, the last of which was Chief Operations Officer.
Idit was the Tel Aviv Crowne Plazas Cluster GM prior to obtaining the role of a Regional Manager.

Alon Shaul
General Manager, Vert Dead Sea Hotel
Alon Shaul began his hotelier’ career 16 years ago and has since held a variety of managerial positions in various hotels chains. Alon came to his current position, General Manager of the VERT Dead Sea Hotel, after serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center Hotel and the VERT Dead Sea Hotel and as the General Manager of the Haifa Hotels cluster.Alon holds a BA degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Johny Mor
Hotel Manager, Bay View Haifa Hotel
Johny Mor started his career as a waiter in 2006 and slowly moved up while performing a few roles such as Events Manager, Purchasing Manager and F&B manager.In 2014, Johnny joined AFI hotels and started working at the Crowne Plaza Haifa hotel and the Bay View Haifa hotel. Among his positions here too, Johnny served as the hotels F&B and Purchasing Manager.
Johnny graduated with a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Max Stern- Yezreel Valley College.

Hotel Manager, Indigo Hotel Tel Aviv
Ruth Kaplan began her professional career at the Sheraton Tel Aviv hotel in a variety of positions such as Rooms Division Manager and F&B manager.
Ruth has managed several boutique hotels from pre-opening stages to ongoing operations.
In 2018 Ruth studied in Florence, Italy at the FH55 Italian hotel chain. Between the years 2018-2020 Ruth lived in Bangalore, India and held the position of the Asst. GM of The Den Bengaluru Hotel of the Den Hotels chain.
In her last position Ruth was the CEO and owner representative of the luxury hotel

Yosef Cohen started his career with AFI Hotels in 2013, parallel to his BA studies of Hotels Management. In 8 years, Yosef was promoted from being a reception clerk to Rooms Division Manager while paving his way through several roles in F&B as well as rooms departments, at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center hotel.Yosef is a graduator of the AFI Hotels NEXT GENERATION programme and holds a master’s degree in Business Management.

Suzan Aharish started her career as a hotelier, some 15 years ago at Isrotel Hotels chain. She has performed many roles from PR through Reception to Front Desk manager and Rooms Division Manager of the Chain’s luxury hotels.Suzan was appointed VERT Eilat hotel General Manager after serving as the hotel’s Assitant GM for 2 years.

Shimon Cohen

Shimon Cohen started his hotelier career at the F&B department at NOF Haifa Hotel where he performed several roles, moved to Fattal Hotels and then came back to be appointed as Nof hotel GM from 2004 till 2014. In 2014 Shimon joined AFI Hotels and in 2017 was appointed the GM of Haifa Cluster hotels which included Haifa BayView hotel and Crowne Plaza Haifa hotel.

Avraham Amar
General Manager, Vert Lagoon Hotel Netanya
Avraham Amar began his career as a hotelier, at the Caesar Tiberias hotel.He then moved on to Eilat to the Isrotel hotels where he held a series of positions at Agamim Hotel, the Princess Hotel and the Royal Beach Eilat hotel, his last position there was the F&B Manager.
Avraham joined the Fattal Hotels In 2011, as General Manager of Leonardo Plaza Dead Sea, then the Operations Manager of Herods Palace Eilat, CEO of Leonardo Privilege Dead Sea and for about 7 years has been the Manager of Leonardo Privilege and Leonardo Royal hotels cluster, in Eilat.
