Hotel Restaurant - “Adam and Eve”

The restaurant offers delicious culinary options with produce from the best farms across Israel.

Breakfast at the hotel is a wonderful way to start your morning.
The appetizing menu selectionswill provide rejuvenationand balance for the upcoming day.
The buffet includes a rich selection of individual dishes,in small individual plates, vegetables and a salad bar.
There are also various breads and pastries, numerous hard and soft cheeses, fish, eggs and ommelettes, desserts, fresh juices, and coffee.
Children can enjoy what they like best - breakfast cereals in a variety of types, a chocolate machine, and pancakes.

“Garden of Eden” - Lobby Restaurant

Between dips,in the pool and sea, or before or after your vacation activities, come stop by the hotel's lobby restaurant for a tasty and refreshing snack.
Relax in the seating areas and enjoy the rich surrounding vegetation overlooking the bay and pool.
The restaurant offers a rich dairy menu and includes a variety of salads, sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, homemade cakes, and a selection of hot, cold and alcoholic beverages.

The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 AM until midnight.

Swimming Pool

Take a moment to relax at the swimming pool area.
After you’ve finished sunbathing, take a dip in the hotel’s swimming pool. Spend time with the children in the cooling water, among the rocks and shady corners.
There are well-kept lawns and verdant vegetation surrounding the pool, plus plenty of sun beds and beach umbrellas.
The toddlers’ pool is next to the adults’ pool.
Supervision in the toddlers’ pool is the sole responsibility of the parents.

The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Spa

The new banquet hall can hold 500 guests in rows layout (theater-stylesitting)
or for 250 guests sitting around tables.
The hall can also be split into two smaller areas.

The banqueting halls are equipped with the latest technology necessary for a successful conference and also offer seminar kits, podium, a stage, microphones plus amplification systems, projectors, laptops, monitors, and wireless internet.

Pool Snack Bar

The hotel’s pool kiosk is located on a terrace overlooking the pool and lagoon.
The area includes informal seating arrangements suitable for swimmers exiting from the pool.
And what’s on the menu? Shish kebab, hamburgers, schnitzel, sausage, shawarma with pita, fries, salads, and other delicacies.

The buffet operates in accordance with capacity and is open during summer months, plus holidays, between noon and 5:00 PM.

Sweet & Swim - Pool Bar

At the pool kiosk, located on floor 1, you can refresh yourself with a soft drink, popsicle, ice cream, and an assortment of snacks and sweets, all while enjoying the sounds of children frolicking in the pool.
The bar is open year-round, including during summer months, holidays, and weekends from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Parking

Free underground parking is available for all hotel guests.
Due to the limited number of parking spaces, parking may vary according to availability.
There are several parking spaces at the hotel’s entrance reserved for people with disabilities.

Room Service

The hotel offers room service with a variety of dairy dishes from the lobby’s restaurant menu.This service is available between 10:00 – 22:00.

Kosher and Shabbat Observance

The VERT Eilat hotel respects the Sabbath (shomer Shabbat).
Full attention is given to our observant guests so that they cankeep Shabbat, while enjoying a pleasant hospitality experience.
The hotel’s kosher certification is under the supervision of the Eilat Religious Council.

The hotel has a variety of services tailored to its religious guests.
There is a synagogue on the ground floor, a Shabbat elevator, a Shabbat timer that controls electrical appliances in the guest room, and Shabbat keys for room entry (which can be obtained for a deposit).

Glatt kosher dishes can be ordered at an additional cost. On holiday eves (erev hag), traditional holiday meals are served at an additional cost.
